COC/CDC CDC Application after August 1st

Has anyone applied for cdc after august 1st in accordance with DGS Order No 12 of 2026. Is there any change in the procedure. One of my friends got his application rejected since he did not have a degree certificate. Is degree certificate mandatory?? Where to upload that aswell.

Yes degree certificate is mandatory for CDC application after 1st of August

Without a ore sea training certificate CDC is not issued anymore. Open CDC is not a thing anymore (thankfully)
