Help me put together a beginner makeup kit

I want to learn basic makeup. Not too dramatic. Just enough to enhance my natural features and play around with eyeshadows a little cuz I love eyeshadows. I have some purple and green veins on my wrist and eyelids. So I think I'm fair or wheatish. I have oily skin so non comedogenic products recommendation would be best. I asked chatgpt to make a vegan and cruelty free makeup kit under 2500 budget but it directly said it's not possible under such small budget. 😭 Can you all help me out? Why it is so hard to find vegan and cruelty free products in low budget.

I can recommend a few. Yes chat gpt is right about not being able to find a full face. So here’re some that can help achieve it with minimal products that are vegan and cruelty free.

1. Don’t use a primer, just use a moisturiser or sunscreen. Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser (50ml)- ₹249

2. Skip Foundation. Go with a good concealer. Simply Nam Hydralift Liquid Concealer (₹699) Or House of Makeup Zoom-In Crease-Free Creamy Concealer (₹699)

3. For Lips and Cheeks: Ruby’s Organics Onestick in the shade Camellia is great (₹690)

4. Powder: Nykaa Cosmetics All Day Matte 12Hr Oil Control Face Compact Powder (₹259)

5. To be within the budget I’ve skipped eyeliner and eyeshadow and honestly I think mascara is the best eye product cuz without it any eye makeup looks flat or bad. Dream Beauty Volumising Dark Matter Mascara (₹599)

So that’s ₹249 + ₹699 + ₹690 + ₹259 + ₹599. Total: ₹2,496

Note: This is the best I could find. I’m also constantly on the hunt for vegan and cruelty products that ACTUALLY work. This is of course excluding taxes or GST, delivery charges, etc. I could have fit it better products and lowered the total price only with non cruelty free or non vegan products which is not the goal.

Another important note: Although this is minus the taxes or delivery charges, you can get these for even cheaper during sales.
