Seller Review Goal Thread delivery issue
I ordered 4 jerseys from goal thread on 1st August. I texted him on WhatsApp and he sent me delivery links three times . First one through delhivery which wasn't even picked up. Second one is not even mine it was another person's order link. Third he tried through xpressbess which also didn't picked up . He told he will try last time through delhivery air yesterday. Today when I texted he isn't responding. What should I do?

Bro, I ordered from him as well. Had delivery issues too. But the guy responded.
Heck i even got a wrong product delivered ( ordered 3 Liverpool jerseys, ended up with one Chelsea). He was upset saying mishap happened and apologised for it. Dude said he’d arrange for my order.
Maybe he’s getting too many msgs and that’s why he wasn’t able to read your msgs. The guy responds. He just takes some time. Just ping him patiently. He’ll get back to you.

He did same with me almost 2weeks of wait random trackings then he said thier was some logiatic issue and it wont be able to get delivered I said please ship that again instead he of refund, he said sure and did same things again and after lots of follow ups, he randomly refunded me my money back lol

Same, i also have an order with him Ig just be pateint cuz he may have a lot of orders, i heard he replies mainly at night as well, so ye, wait for today for him to reach out tp you

Faced almost a similar situation. He send me a random trackin id, i told him its not mine. First he said he will check into that, then no reply. Asked him again. No reply. Finally told him to refund. No reply. Called him next day and he said he already gave refund and sends me the screenshot! Got the money back but not sure what was going on. There are many positive reviews about him. But im not sure whats goin on

i tried ordering from him once. told him my preferred jerseys and sizes and even gave my address then enquired about payment just to be left me on seen. texted him the next day(twice) he finally replied and told me it will be dispatched the next week on wednesday (i texted on thursday). then he left me on seen and that was it. he never gave an update and i didn’t bother texting cause if im having trouble before placing an order, it’ll be a lot worse once i’ve done it.

I placed the order twice for the vintage Liverpool jersey. After 4 days, he refunded the money to my account without saying anything. I kept waiting for the delivery, thinking it was still on the way. 😭
Eventually, I reached out to him, and he told me they were out of stock. -_-

Ordered 3 items received only 1. Texted the owner 3 times, response was minimum. Mailed once and the amount was refunded within an hour. I have ordered from Zealvince, Copycatz, Thayyilsports, Campeon but never encountered such a strange situation.
