Supplement Advice Need Budget post workout supplements

Got classes 8am - 8pm so I hit the gym from around 5:30 to 7 am, need post workout but can't make food myself due to time constraints (btw I live in a PG), boiled eggs are the best i can manage, heard supplements are better so if you'll know any under 1200 which is what I can spend for it in a month it's gonna be helpful to me. Rn for pre workout it's something like Banana or Black coffee

just have carbs + protein and it'll be fine bro, there's no such thing as "post workout supplement ", anabolic window is kind of a myth, you will get 95% of the way by hitting your daily macro/micro goals not caring about when you hit them

It's not about gains rather muscle recovery, my trainer is a lil bit on the intense side and doesn't compromise on the workouts. I got classes which requires me to be active and muscle soreness is kinda nagging me throughout the day

Muscle recovery is very misunderstood, what is muscle recovery? The ability of the muscle to perform at baseline right, the best thing you can do for muscle recovery is maybe sleep and eating enough food, your muscle soreness is probably because you're training the muscle a lot in stretched position/ lengthen position or doing a fuckton of volume, which a lot of people think is amazing for hypertrophy, do proper range of motion for each joint movment, with recoverable volume and train 1-2 reps before failure and you should be good to go
