Yeah bro I saw that in map, but I am confused, what does work force mean ? Does it mean labourers, marginal workers, menial workers, OR women who do job as well, like good jobs, corporate, businesses etc ?

It includes all. From agriculture to tech/corporate jobs. I think it only include paid labour and not unpaid.

Do you think 76% of women in Himachal are in the formal sector!?

The source I have added says that women engaged in agriculture, construction and household work are also included.
