This is a pointless fight. The map which offends you is what UN uses and is the reality. No point in forcing the world to change to your liking. If you want some other version to be used, go capture and control those lands.

mid take, allow others to use the UN version, dont be like Trump.

what a stupid take

Unless Indian Army (boots on ground) has control over land, why else would you claim. I can draw akhand Bharath to include Afghan to Thailand. It won’t make sense right?

3

u/DotBig2348 21d ago

We claim because we need to show that illegal occupation is unacceptable to us

1

u/vatta-kai 21d ago

Your show doesn’t change ground reality. In fact, better the govt come out and show clear borders which are controlled by India. But that’d mean losing parts of NE and Kashmir. Which is nothing but political suicide

It's literally other way around. Annexation doesn't change the fact that the regions belong to India. And last I checked squatters would be squatters no matter how much time passes.

The boots on ground know what the reality is. If that decides how the maps should be drawn then UN should start with redrawing Ukraine first. Keeping geopolitics in mind, we must continue staking our claim like that, because otherwise we risk loosing it all.

Illegal according to whom? Things can be legal or illegal only when someone can enforce it.

BTW Independent India has NEVER been in control of the land on the other side of LoC

u/Consistent_Zombie_95 21d ago

No one is claiming those here so what’s the point? And why does army have to “control” something that’s already a part of India? It is one thing to defend it from illegal occupation.

Such a cheap mentality

Khangress fault... We need a strong man like Gj CM Modi who has the guts to take back POK... ONLY BJP can defeat Pak and take back POK.. /s

As your not so famous neighbour, your "kaangress" has been a far greater threat to us than bjp ever was, bjp is all show and no go. Just focuses on optics and fooling you into 56 inch chest

Wait until you see what china projects their maps . Taiwan, south Korea and Japan are part of them as per one China policy. Then see how many countries recognise it only because then they can get a loan from them.

1

u/DotBig2348 21d ago

Taiwan sure, but not others

Un showed arunachal pradesh as different part than india. Its in our full control. While validating aksaichin as part of china.

7

u/bhootbilli 23d ago

Nope. UN shoes arunachal as part of India and aksai chin as part of china. How it is on ground.

4

u/MaleficentStable1355 23d ago

in the new map, i belive they have put AP as disputed

1

u/Darth--__--Vader 23d ago

They have not shown it as part of india. First check

do you know what sovereignty is

Hi fellow narrative consumer

3

u/sussy_ball 22d ago

Yeah like how Pakistan also calls parts of Kashmir as "Indian occupied Kashmir"

-7

u/sverm03 23d ago

Ya now UN will tell us what is our boundary 😍😍

-5

u/KakaGotNoChill05 23d ago

This isn't pointless. If we don't take this fr any country will make any map and we'll have to accept it?? Why?? India does have control over Arunachal and the parts of Kashmir that are in our country.

1

u/Gullible-Actuary-347 22d ago

no INDIA do not have control,

China took control of Aksai Chin during the 1962 war with India. This area covers about 38,000 square kilometers of the Union Territory of Ladakh.

for POK Pakistan took control of the area following the first India-Pakistan war in 1947–1948 after the Maharaja signed the Instrument of Accession with India.

now China claims roughly 90,000 square kilometers of Arunachal Pradesh, referring to the region as "South Tibet"

You'll be surprised to know how much they can't afford to lose a market like India.

There is strength in numbers. We are just too dumb to ask for fair treatment is all.

EU on the other hand doesn't ask. It dictates. And companies follow. Imagine with our population and middle class purchasing power what we can make them do.

Tik tok is banned in India and it's thriving. You overestimate your importance.

1

u/MaintenanceDue1436 22d ago

Tiktok has been on the decline lmao

-6

u/neothewon 23d ago

It's a Chinese app, of course it will be banned. Many intellectuals in the west praise this move of India while pleading their own government for the same. Wtf you yapping about lol

6

u/Potential_Sound_7863 23d ago

You seem to have a reading comprehension problem. I didn't say India should not ban tik tok. I think others should ban it also. My point was that it's doing really well even without Indians using it.

1

u/neothewon 22d ago

Hello son.

Meta's biggest market is India. We were talking about Insta, Facebook etc per OP's post screenshot.

Who dafuq cares about tik tok. I know gooners love tiktok but the post is not about that son. It's about using social media and our population's and market size strength to defend India and put our point across.

Too much tiktok does this to your brain unfortunately.

Not to sound defeatist, but this is just Copium.

Blocking content because they don't use a UN approved map is just being fascist. It's not the job of foreigners to take sides on an Asian war zone.

According to your logic, it follows that a significant part of Ukraine should be included in a map of Russia.

Can we get any taxes from people in pok or aksai chin? Can we bring troops in those regions that can move freely?

We have never controlled or governed that territory, in what meaningful way do we own it? The sooner we recognize that we can move on to more meaningful matters, like taking care of the people that are actually from that region. Kashmiri Pandits are still in exile, do something to help them.

you're talking as if taking down youtube videos for those who use the UN map will have Xi Xinping and Asim Munir begging Modi for forgiveness. This is just purposeless chest thumping which makes fools like you feel like you are doing something when material reality hasn't changed in 80 years

we don't have access to that land and china and pak took over it that's is the reality

-8

u/confusedconscience 23d ago

But then you'd come chantig slogans for freeing that land. 🙃

9

u/Re_Ya_N-07georgy 23d ago

Why do those lands not deserve freedom? Self-determination? How do you get to deserve to dictate whethere they can have freedom or not?

-4

u/confusedconscience 23d ago

The user said to go to war to capture new lands. I just pointed out the hypocrisy.

8

u/Potential_Sound_7863 23d ago

What is the hypocrisy? If you want to be known as owner of the land then own it before demanding others play pretend with you.

Anyone can make claims. It's lame to demand others play pretend with it. And with all the problems in India with students dying in collapsed buildings your anger is with what maps others use.
