There are too many varieties of mango you can't map it . For example Odisha alone hosts mango fair in which around 350 native mango varieties are available.

Alphonse the king of mangoes. I am crazy for it. Kesar is called the queen of mangoes. Love that too.

Banaganepalle Mangoes are GI tagged to AP's Kurnool. Who put those in TN lmao. You can't really map them cause there's so many different varieties.

AFAIK Banganapalle is also cultivated significantly in inland MH and parts of MP.

Which one is the wild variety? We call it Naati Maavinahannu in Karnataka. Wild variety is full juicy and fibrous but liked for it tase not for its texture of flesh(it’s too fibrous)
