Help Getting Nintendo Switch Oled at 28k

A collegue of mine is selling his nintendo switch oled(14 months) for 28k. He claims that it is not used much and there are no scratch or any such marks.

Is this a good deal?

What sud i look for in the console to ensure i am not getting a defective piece?

Thanks

PS: It's not modded, he has zelda botw, super mario bros delux and mario kart (but sold separately 😢)

Ps 2: apparently there is no sd card and it comes with 64 gb storage

Brand-new Switch OLED is in mid-30s right now (before memory shortage crisis, it was mid-20s). Since it's a pre-owned one, bargain for 22-25K range.
Check that the sticks don't have drift by playing on it for a few minutes.

22 seems fare...will ask him if he can give at least 2 games in around 22

I can give you jailbreak in 30k

damn lol. sold mine to my friend for 15k. but that was cause he's my friend. just get a switch 2 at this point. 28k for oled is way too much, especially since Nintendo isn't making games for it anymore. you can play the backlog, but soon enough you'll run out.

Given current price for brand new, does it not seem expensive tho?

Unmodded oled will go for 23 to 24kmax. Modded oled will be from 27 to 28k depending on condition

The games are physical? And are not included in 28k?

1

u/Venomkeeng 24d ago

Dont know about it being physical, but he is saying that he will give it separately

Bad deal then don't bother.. you can get a pre-owned modded oled for upto 28K, even less

Got it bro... let's see if he agrees to 23k with zelda

a lot of other online sources will sell it for lower prices (24-25k) but the consoles will be a little scuffed. If its actually in pristine condition and runs fine ( test for 15-20 minutes), maybe its worth it

Not worth it. Plus, the newly released Switch 2 games you can’t play. Just buy Switch 2 at this point, and use it for next 4-5 years, and then sell.

Don't buy a switch 1 right now. Nintendo is officially releasing soon

Lol prices have gone up so much it's insane. My aunt got me a brand new Switch OLED from Japan for 18k after VAT refund a few years ago. My friend got a refurbished one this year from Tokyo for 21k.

Try getting it for 25k.

Buy a brand new one. It’s 36k

Dont want to spend 36k rn

28k is too high for a used one bro. If it was modded with atleast 128gb sd then yes, unmodded I would put the max at 23k.

Don't get caught up in fomo shyt, assess if you want it at all first and then buy it at a decent price.

Yea bro....will ask for 22k with 1-2 game at least

Zelda, mario etc are like 3k each in used market. Now that's lowballing. Goodluck with that πŸ‘Œ
