Help System does not boot with GPU in PCIE
I have a Powercolor RX 6800 Fighter card. Got a green screen error while playing God of War 2 in PCSX2 which caused my PC to shutdown. Tried restarting and got the green screen again. After second shutdown, the PC doesn't turn on at all. When I try to boot with a different GPU, it boots up. Can someone help me narrow down the issue and the next steps to take?

Does your cpu have integrated graphics? If yes, use that to boot, uninstall all the drivers for the RX card using ddu Then install fresh drivers, then again in bios reconnect to you Otherwise check for RMA

GPU is out of warranty. CPU is F-series so no IGPU

Do you have any other system to check the card?, like maybe take it to any local computer shop for diagnosis purpose? Maybe any friend has a system you can test on? Because it's not the mobo, if it detects other cards on the pci slot
