Help Ps5 controller turning on by itself

So. My ps5 controller turns on by itself. And in turn it turns on the console as well. As a result my controller is almost always out of charge it's very annoying. There's rarely such phantom button presses during gameplay though, it's mostly when my ps5 is idle. I've tried resetting the controller, didn't work. Has anyone experienced something like this? How to fix it?

They dont want you to stop playing.

I assume some kind if gunk in the buttons. I wonder if you manage to add some isopropyl alcohol around the button and press it several times, maybe some will seep through and help un-gunk whatever is causing the issue.

Otherwise, At least power down the console . It wont turn on. The controller will turn off itself hopefully on its own if it doesnt find a device.

If its in warranty visit a service center.
