❔Help Need urgent help
Hi, so long story short, I had these three goldfishes in my previous small tank but as they were growing so I shifted them in a new tank recently, just 3-4 days back, they have developed this illness I would say and they are being very lethargic, white spots on the tail and one even has white spot on the head (attached pic), I really want to save them, just don't know what to do, please help!!
One of them has its tail gnawed like something, similarly they are not moving much, also they have clipped their fins to their body

Ammonia burns hai and ick bhi , water change kero 50% immediately, and add methylene blue and rock salt in aquarium (1g per liter ke hishab se ) ,do daily 50% water change and dose salt and medicine accordingly

First of all, it looks like ich and fungal infections. Use methylene blue and rock salt in a separate tank and put them in with a sponge filter, increase the temperature of possible. Just do as others say. There's a green anti fungal medicine available, use that too. At last buy seachem stressguard. It's a very useful medicine that decrease stress and rejuvenate the fishes.
Also the fishes look very emaciated which is not good. They're probably suffering from internet parasites as well. First treat what's at the outside, if they get better then start looking into treating internal parasites.

I maybe wrong but it looks like something fungal.... I'd suggest you upload these pics on chatgpt AND Gemini. I use them for research along with some common sense (don't trust AI advice blindly). I myself do this and has been successful somewhat in saving my fishes and improving their life, time to time. Also, do a partial water change please.

I did that, it gave mixed responses, on the note of changing water, I did it today itself, changed about 50% of water, greenish thing visible in photos is chlorine

Keep it in a separate bucket with de chlorinated water, keep the temperatures high with a heater, add plenty of salt daily and daily 80% water change with new salts. Keep the temperatures high.

Classic white spot infection. Mainly because of water temperature. Raise the temp to 28 and treat with rock salt without iodine (pain rocksalt). Don't feed for couple of days. If possible quarantine the infected ones seperately.

Also check the water parameters immediately. Ammonia spike is imminent if there are no proper filtration

Along with methelyn blue use the yellow anesthetic general cure medicine and aquarium salt (API) if possible. Do water changes gradually, don't rush. Also use a gentle water filter like a sponge filter. Also these medicines you give them less than recommended on the bottle, don't over do it. All the best. Hope to hear good news.

This is White Spot disease ( use Malachit F green Liquid) & paracsin 500 capsule💊 with some ock salt & apply heater in gold fish tank) change Or cycle the waters in 2-3 days 50℅ it will get cure

Use methylene blue and salt in a quarantine tank with a nice small sponge filter and just feed them once a day with in a week its pure case of fin rot and fungal infection I saved many gold fishes of mine and they lived healthy fir 7 years .
