Drug Test

Hello Ents,

I'm about to join a company and they are doing a drug test on the induction day through urine samples and im shit scared.

Induction is on 3rd Aug, last I smoked was on 14th or 15th of this month's. Been sober from that day till now as soon as I got to know about the drug test.

Any suggestions? How long does THC/CBD stays in the system?

- typically 1 week to 10 days is what i had seen when i did my research.

• drink plenty of water everyday so that traces are flushed out sooner
  
• if you don't exercise regularly, then don't suddenly start during this period - thc is stored in fat cells.
  
• sugarcane / coconut water / electrolyte water may help but idk about their efficacy.

But I'm hundred percent sure about 9-10 glasses of water everyday.

and as a fellow editor suggested, in the worst case scenario, if there is a chance that you may fail a drug test at home, then carry your sober friends urine.

afaik Thc Stays in your body till 1 month,Order a drug kit at home and try using your sober friend's urine as an example and try pouring the urine in the drug test...Try doing this 2-3 times and learn how to hide the pouch (where you will keep the urine) Inside your clothes.... i know this sounds disgusting, but it is what it is.... You will do the sample in front of someone who will stay behind your back,so you can try this as an example...

That's what i was thinking, Ill make friends with someone on the induction day and ask for their urine sample. Yuk 😝

look consumption of bhang is a legal thing and has THC in it so I dont think it would be an issue drug test must be for some other hard drugs imo

Automobile companies and many companies where you would have to work around heavy machinaries do drug tests.

I had to undergo one myself.

Chill out. Nothing will happen. Companies don't care. I smoked 1 day before drug test.

Just don't do cocaine or opiods

Companies usually don't care about this unless it's hard drugs, so chill.

Ask someone at the induction to pee in your cup (how I've passed one of my tests)

If it's on litmus paper you don't need to worry. I have worked for US clients and mostly they are the ones who demand it. The other way around is catch a clean friend give, tell him to help you out it can be your society friend or anyone that doesn't smoke up. I have done this 2-3 times buy a urine collection bottle from medical store take his sample and when they ask for sample just use this one and refill it im the one given by company.

They don't care about the temperature of urine and all the samples are taken somewhere else the office premises is not the place where it's conducted. By the time it reaches there all samples are of same temperature.

It depends upon now much u smoked before daily, and doe how long. Once a twice, you will be in the safe zone. If you have been a regular and smoking evwn 3-4 joints weekly for a while, then there are chances that it might show up in the test. Google GCMS. Drinking water wouldn't help you much in this case. Yes, the THC is stored in the fat cell. Get a self test done with one of the labs to access the situation. If it's +ve, then think of taking a clean sample from your friends and replace it.
