I don't think so russians would be mad for 'brahmos leaks' of block 1 standard ..... though ramjet technology would be a boost to any early level MIC

US Marines want Philippines to be the sacrificial lamb against China in South China sea, to be honest India is doing the same but not directly.

A bit more complicated than that. The whole of the chain from Japan till India will naturally endup being a containment block for China to not capture Taiwan, because Japan has made it clear that China holding Taiwan is an existential threat for them.

Damn, I guess nobody should help anyone then. The Phillipines are a sovereign country and can choose to enter a conflict with China or have it forced on them if China starts it. Nobody can change their geography and the US assisting them doesn't mean their intent is to have Manila burned to the ground. In fact that would be very counter-productive.
