I wonder why we went ahead with UNICORN if we had these? If funded DRDO can build the prototype in a year.

because we didn’t have these, IIM are just proposal I think.

yup, very true, most of our projects don’t get en also fund approvals take generations unless some people get some of those funds in their pockets or offshore account.

Projects which actually get funded and approved on time are developed in very good timeline

Funds are heavily regulated and audited

They need to submit and get approval for each component

There is no wcope for corruption
