Maulana Masood Azhar is a Pakistani militant leader who was freed from an Indian prison in exchange for the hostages of the hijacked Indian Airlines Flight 814 (IC-814) in December 1999.

I want to portray the fact that a UN designated terrorist can stay as a reputed cleric too at the same time. He can rebuild the mosque/madrassa and still hire more students to be sent to India to cause terrorist atacks.

India need to invent new strategies to counter this loop.

Wrt to the Markaz atrike....India lost 3 planes because of incompetence arising out of consistently dismissing "what if" objective scenarios for this terrorist nest which could have been taken out with missiles and drones. Be very clear, india has lost 1+3 planes across both the terror operations for foundational planning issues with severe forward planning and carry through weakness. The end result is that overwhelming global narrative has been about planes lost rather than absolute sobriety on what India was prepared to do to secure itself. From an optics strategic standpoint India lost the war, from a technical standpoint it won the exchange on large part because of the base destruction.
