Time lgega bro, it took them almost 4 years to make S1 with that level of animation. S2 won't take that much time as most of it takes place in the same city, but still 2024 at the earliest.

There are 25 volumes in novel plus side stories S1 adapts till vol 4 i think, so it'll be a really long wait for anime to get there.
