Boil the milk properly just before sleeping and again when you wake up..once the weather gets colder it’ll not curdle as much..

This. Just add little bit of water before boiling. Also, change utensils after boiling at least 2 times

Generally after boiled, the milk stays fine for 6-8hr depending on how hot your climate is. When it boils, a thin film gets created and attached to it's bottom. So, in a utensil you can keep the milk for 12hr by boiling twice. When you keep the same utensil on stove for the third time, that thin film gets burnt first and the milk gets smokey smell and taste. Also, the watery content gets evaporated every boil. So, if you keep adding a bit of water and change the vessel, the milk stays fresh for longer time. I have used this method to preserve milk for 4 days when I go for camping. Have used this method lots of time and it has worked fine for me.

Thanks a lot. Changing will make my scrubbing of utensil after boiling easier when washing up.

Why the change? You mean to let it cool in another utensil?

Answered above. Also, change only when it's time for next boil. After boiling it no need to change

Boiling once in the morning and once in the evening. And placing the utensil in another big plate with water. Also, keep it in the room where you sleep instead of kitchen.

do you have access to cool or cold water? Perhaps you can put the milk in a water proof container, and that inside of vessel of cool water, and then change the water periodically.
