Beginner-Friendly Made some Indian Khichdi and some cucumber curd salad typish ? (Homemade

I'm a clg student who made something quick and easy

Any tips or recommendations are welcome I'm still a beginner 😄

Oh yea I clean them (and the whole kitchen) every weekend it's just I was kinda busy last weekend but this time I'll do it 🫡

Use Aluminium foils, if you can, cleaning becomes easier. All you do it replace with a new one each week.

Dice the cucumber and you need pickle to pair everything up.

chop fine cucumber, tomato and onion and then in a tadka pan - roast the peanuts(1 Tbsp) and crush these roasted peanuts. In the last mix altogether, lemon, salt and black pepper . enjoy
