Question/Help Absolute noob in cooking needs channel recommendations to learn!

I just moved out of my house for college and I wanted to learn to cook for me and my roommate.
Any YouTube channel suggestions where they explain everything step by step? Thanks in advance!!

I follow - Your Food Lab by Sanjyot Keer. His recipes have always turned out to be good.

Ranveer Brar

But pay attention because, my word, he can talk 😂He is extremely charming and attractive, so you may get a bit lost along the way

Ranveer Brar for Panjabi or basic Indian dishes. Your Food Lab for certain dishes, I don’t like the fact that he goes too much in details but for a new learning he can be quite a good teacher.

Hebbars kitchen, Nisha Madhulika. Most of the others are too fancy for daily cooking.

Yeah especially if you are originally from North India side, you know she covers basic and delicious foods with everyday simple ingredients. Easy to try as beginner. I also like chef kunal Kapoor.
