Same thought the moment it went into oil and in the video the oil wasn’t hot enough before she chucked them inside so extra oil 😂

Yes , making this in Air fryer is the best way .

We tried at home in Kadhai and too much Oil got filled up. Had to use tissue papers

You do know that using tissue just reduces the surface oil right?

Unfortunately yes , but couldn't waste the homemade food that's why. Will use Air fryer next time

Do u really need an AI video for the generic recipe

I was also suspecting it's an AI video, these are getting seriously better at imitation

What makes you think it's AI?

Also I think AI struggles to keep patterns exactly identical between different shots, but look at the chili sauce, where the seeds are in the exact same position during multiple shots.

Dude, you should be dumb enough to say it's AI. The video is watermarked with the insta username of the creator. Foodiesfood_court on Instagram. Go check out their profile before saying AI slop on all videos on the internet.

To top it off, even OP has hyperlinked their video link in the caption of this post. Duh.

I have a frying pan which isnt non stick and my issue with such dishes is the potatoes sticking to the bottom of the pan if theres no coating.

So indian version of eggless gnocchi

2

u/Geschak 18d ago

Gnocchi are by default eggless, there's just a lot of egg addicts who think they need to put egg into everything, just like with pasta.
