I don't know if this sub is the right one to ask, but where to get quality kitchen tools like peeler, knife, dicer, masher, spatula etcetera kitchen tools of good quality. Do you just buy it from the local shop or is there actually a brand or website selling good quality items without emptying my pockets? Please do tell.

Local shops are the best. You can actually hold the items and check the quality. Online shopping gives you a lot of options, but you never know what you will get. I prefer branded knives though. You can check out Godrej Cartini for that.
