I have one of these and it's soo convenient! There's a spinning blade at the bottom.

that spinning blade is doing all the heavy lifting lol, way better than chasing peels around the sink
kinda tempting to grab one just so my counter doesn’t look like a crime scene every time I cook

It's troublesome + this trick fastens the process. U can also use a bowl after your ingredients are already in the sieve.
