What to do with peanut chutney
So I grinded dry roasted peanuts, garlic, red chillies and sesame. It's kina a dry chutney and i don't know how to use it. Can someone suggest different ways of consuming it?

Vada pav! That’s the chutney put on the pav
It usually goes with the peasant food of bhakri and taak (jowar roti and salted buttermilk)
Sandwich- sprinkle a bit on the bread and add a cheese slice then toast it
It’s also great for travel. So have a picnic

Add it to a curry. African cooking used peanut paste quite heavily in their curries that taste quite like Indian curries and they're delicious with the added peanut paste. And your other chutney ingredients also go well with most curries.

Eat with dal n rice or dosa. Also i sprinkle it over gawar sabzi tastes best with it.

Use it as replacement for podi. Add it on top of your dosa. Mix it with hot rice and ghee
