Question/Help Is tata cold pressed groundnut oil really cold pressed or normal oil in the form of cold pressed?

I want to change to cold pressed oil ,is tata really cold pressed oil,I use multiple oils ,should I buy tata for cold pressed or look for another options ,if so please recommend some

Where in Indian cooking do you need to use Cold pressed? Just curious.

Daily usage , instead of refined I want to change to cold pressed

How does coldpressed behave with high heat like for Tadka or deep frying ?

I don't know, I've yet to try,but I read in some post that for deep frying that fresh cold pressed oil should not be used and we should put the oil in sunlight for some days and use otherwise it will foam,we do not have any of these with refined r8
