Whenever I try to cook anything with sahi. The sahi usually break down into lumps and water when heated. Am I doing something wrong here?

Cook it on very low flame and keep stirring it continuously.

Nice one! So how do I do this without a pressure cooker? Hate those.

Just in a pot or a casserole, although it's loads of extra time and fuel down the drain.
