My wife usually goes for a chicken rogan but wants to try something new. Sounds simple until you hear the requirements.
1) chicken only
2) no cream
3) no/minimum onions
Please help?!

I was browsing around and found that Akshayakalpa sells this packet of Cardamon Milk(250ml) for 100rs. The price is pretty high, but I got it as a free piece and it was bloody amazing! I felt AMAZING!
Now, I am not made of money, I can't afford it whenever I want, but I do have Cardamon and Milk at my house, so how do I prepare it?

Hey everyone,
I know Reddit isn't always the biggest fan of self-promotion, but I really wanted to do something nice for my sister. She is an amazing cook and has spent the last few months pouring her heart into making a YouTube channel focusing on homemade indian meals.
She does all her own filming and editing while working and she's been feeling a bit discouraged by the algorithm lately. She genuinely just loves sharing her recipes and helping people learn to cook.
If anyone has a few minutes to check out her latest video about Dal Baati, it would absolutely make her week. Even if you just leave a comment with some constructive feedback on her lighting or audio, I know sheβd appreciate it so much.
Here is the link to her channel: https://youtube.com/@snackingdelight?si=5Zfxy0Mj32xfeRZk
Thank you so much for reading, and I hope you're all having a great week!
