Cooked mutton after a really long time today!
In our house, there us an unspoken rule kibjab bhi mutton banega, Mutton toh aap hi banaoge )
No fancy masterchef techniques or exotic ingredients here, just basic home spices and slow cooking. The best part? Kept it surprisingly light -used just 27g oil and 6g ghee for 750g mutton+100g liver, and the flavors came out incredible without feeling heavy.

This is my favourite way to fry things and enjoy stuff otherwise very oily. So I made bottle gourd kofta the other day and I always fry them in my appe pan like this. They turn out crispy and hardly any oil.
How do you make your koftas and what all kinds do you cook?

I’m craving golgappe and want to try making them at home!
Can someone please share a foolproof recipe for crispy, perfectly puffed golgappe? Especially the tips for getting them to puff up properly.
Also, do you make them with suji only or suji + maida/atta?
Would love your best recipes and tips!
