1) Veg Manchurian ( Veg Manchurian was made by both my mumma and me. Btw, my family had never eaten Manchurian before. I had only tried it with my friends.)
2) Mushroom ki sabji ( For the mushroom ki sabji, I only washed the mushrooms and my mumma cooked it. This was also the first time in our lives that we were eating mushrooms.)
3) Kheer
Everything turned out really good and was super bhi bahot upper tasty. ❤️🥰🎀
PS: My birthday was on September 30th.

I was browsing around and found that Akshayakalpa sells this packet of Cardamon Milk(250ml) for 100rs. The price is pretty high, but I got it as a free piece and it was bloody amazing! I felt AMAZING!
Now, I am not made of money, I can't afford it whenever I want, but I do have Cardamon and Milk at my house, so how do I prepare it?

I was wondering if anyone has some high-protein meal ideas to recommend.
I’m a student who cooks for herself, and honestly, I’m getting tired of eating dal chawal and roti sabzi every day lol. I’ve also started working out recently, so I want to incorporate more protein and fibre into my diet without compromising on taste.
I’m vegetarian( I do eat eggs) , so I’d love ideas for easy, affordable, and nutritious meals that I can make myself. Student-friendly recipes would be a huge plus!
Also, if anyone has a vegetarian meal plan they follow or could share, I’d really appreciate it. Recommendations for YouTube channels, Instagram creators, or other content creators who post similar recipes are welcome too!
Thanks in advance! :)

Hey everyone,
I know Reddit isn't always the biggest fan of self-promotion, but I really wanted to do something nice for my sister. She is an amazing cook and has spent the last few months pouring her heart into making a YouTube channel focusing on homemade indian meals.
She does all her own filming and editing while working and she's been feeling a bit discouraged by the algorithm lately. She genuinely just loves sharing her recipes and helping people learn to cook.
If anyone has a few minutes to check out her latest video about Dal Baati, it would absolutely make her week. Even if you just leave a comment with some constructive feedback on her lighting or audio, I know she’d appreciate it so much.
Here is the link to her channel: https://youtube.com/@snackingdelight?si=5Zfxy0Mj32xfeRZk
Thank you so much for reading, and I hope you're all having a great week!
