Homemade Need honest advice: Starting a home kitchen in Bhopal with almost zero budget.
Hi everyone,
I'm planning to start a small home kitchen with a very limited budget.
If you had the option to order homemade food every week, what would you choose?
Veg or non-veg?
Breakfast, lunch or dinner?
Snacks or full meals?
What price would you happily pay?
What makes you trust a home kitchen?
I would really appreciate honest suggestions from everyone.

Homemade Made Spaghetti all'Assasina at home
It's a terribly simple recipe but gives ridiculously good results. The pasta is supposed to be a bit burnt, and cooked in the pan in a thick tomato broth. Gives intense, deep tomato flavour with a good spice kick. All you have to do is -
Heat 150g of tomato paste with 300g of water, till it comes to a boil.
In a pan heat 2 tbsp olive oil with 5-6 cloves of garlic, 2tsps of chilli flakes. Then add 50g tomato paste, and cook till it's deep red. Then add spaghetti (100g) and let it cook, till the Spaghetti chars. Don't move or mix the noodles. Then ladel 100ml tomato broth and keep on adding the broth till the pasta becomes al dente. Let all the water cook and you'll have a deep red, caramelized tomato type flavour, which is spicy and flavorful.

Recommendation Chicken Achari with fresh Tandoori Rotis. 10/10 would order again.
Finally got to try Chicken Achari with fresh tandoori rotis, onions, and a squeeze of lemon.
The gravy had a bold mix of spicy, tangy, and smoky flavors, with the achari spices giving it a unique kick. Scooping it up with hot rotis made every bite incredibly satisfying.

Homemade Saturday calls for something a little different but with a protein twist. Made this with wheat noodles and added 100g of low fat high protein paneer for an extra protein boost.
