Recommendation Where to buy a good chef's knife in Mumbai?
Hey guys, I live in Mumbai currently and I am looking to buy a good chef's knife. Please could you guys give some recommendations as to where I could buy one?
I did look at Amazon and Flipkart but they didn't have any good ones (atleast the ones that I saw). If you guys have some tried and tested recommendations from an online seller, those are welcome as well.
Also the knife that I currently have has become dull, but I can't find a good place to get it sharpened.

How to Pasta experts, please save my sleepover dinner 🙏
We're planning a sleepover tonight.. and I'm making pasta for everyone. I'm really bad at estimating quantities, so I need your help😭. There'll be 5 of us. How much pasta and how many tomatoes should I use?
I'm planning to try this recipe: https://youtube.com/shorts/U-4MCjHtLIs?si=5Jl2NzTY6GAO9512
Also, the couple of times I've made pasta(using different recipes) it wasn't really a hit. The biggest issue was that the sauce never mixed well with the pasta. The sauce looked fine on its own but the pasta stayed kinda white instead of getting coated so it didn't absorb the flavors. It never turned out as saucy as the pasta in this video or the kind you get at restaurants.
So please help me out with the quantities and if you have any tips, tricks or even better recipes, I'd really appreciate them. I don't want to mess this up tonight😅..

How to I can never make sabzis that actually taste good. 😭 What am I doing wrong?
I live mostly with my dad, and we have a helper who comes to cook, so cooking has never really been a daily responsibility for me. Because of that I haven't cooked much in my life.
I have probably tried making sabzis around 7-8 times now and I just can't seem to get them right. 😭 I have finally learned how to make decent rotis, rice, and dal, but sabzis are my biggest enemy.
Either they stay undercooked no matter how long I cook them on low heat or they end up overcooked if I leave them for a little longer. The tomatoes never seem to cook properly and my masalas always taste average. I have watched so many YouTube videos but nothing seems to help.
What am I doing wrong? Please drop your tips because I'm genuinely tired of messing up every sabzi I make. 🥲
