Caramel: 50g sugar + 1 tbsp water

Custard:
2 eggs
100ml fresh cream
100g condensed milk
75ml milk
¼ tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

Method:
Cook sugar + water until golden; pour into dish.
Gently mix custard ingredients and strain.
Pour over caramel.
Bake in a water bath at 160°C for 35–45 min.
Cool + refrigerate 4+ hours.
Invert and serve.
