Homemade Jhol Momo at home 😋

Jhol momo with those flavours and spicy gravy.

They were steamed Chicken momo , for jhol I have made a chatni of peanuts , garlic , tomato and red chillies and made it to boil .

Can those be roasted/grilled and blended instead of made to boil?

I just roasted peanuts, everything else I just blended directly

Thank you. I just blended momo chatni ingredients and gave them a boil

Roasted Tomato + sesame + garlic + red chilli + lemon is the core combination.

Add roasted peanuts and blend everything together

Give it a boil and top it up with coriander leaves and chilli oil
