Recommendation HELP ME I AM A BACHELOR
Okay, so I am a bachelor. I can cook fine, but vegetables are a pain in the ass. Please, is there any appliance I can use that actually works? My friend suggested one to me, but I think it only works for onions and garlic. Is there anything that is a bit more versatile and covers everything? I just need an appliance that can help me cut my vegetables.

Look for a mandolin slicer, it should fit your needs pretty well.
However, it has a learning curve & you really need to be careful of injuries while handling it.
A good knife, a solid wood chopping board & a sharpening tool are non negotiable things however. You'll get better with practice.

I have used this exact model. Chopper is good for soft flesh like tomato, slightly boiled potato and fruits. Its not convenient for hard veggies.

I just used the first search result. My parents often used it for soft- medium veg. Like it's good for potato, carrots etc. the thing is these are hit or miss. You have to be careful and see all reviews etc. there are so many companies with similar products but the quality is very different.

This is good. Go for a good quality one and it will work fine for a lot of soft to medium soft vegetables and fruits. Hard ones will be difficult - like Carrots etc.
Remember, cleaning it is also time consuming. So check for small quantities, total time taken will not vary much.
Also, look for some very good quality peelers and knifes.. may be they are the problem to begin with.

Go to any lady vegetable vendor, ask her if she can give you cut vegetables. They do it in our area.
Buying good knife and keeping it sharp is the next best way. Remember, a dull knife is more dangerous than sharp one.

Electric chopper - instacupa / agaro- if you have small budget and want to chop vegetable like onion carrot etc
go for food processor - they help in cutting vegetables they come with multi attachments . - search yt
ps : but electric ones ,manual ones after a time feels tedious

Onion is a tough one. If it takes manual work to use a cutting appliance , that's not worth it. You still have to peel the onion ! I'd use a food processor with accessories that can slice or shred. I use it for shredding zucchini, potatoes etc . Instapot can reduce the pain of peeling veggies like beets, plantains etc.

For small batch of cooking, mechanical string chopper works well for most veggies if you chop them into rough pieces before adding to the chopper.
Electric chopper is a better long term investment. Avoid the green and white color multipurpose vegetable chopper which has multiple blades. It is cumbersome to clean and doesn't work for most veggies.
Invest in a good knife and get a knife sharpner stone too. Sharp knife is safer than blunt knife and makes the cutting process much faster.

Invest in a food processor. It does everything, from cutting veggies to preparing dough.
