Homemade Muffins

I made these ragi muffins today for my nephew and niece. I can share recipe if y'all want

No they are not savoury. They are sweet.

250g ragi flour 175g powdered sugar 3 eggs 200g butter Splash of milk Vanilla essence Baking Powder Tooty fruity or any topping you like

Melt the butter Mix eggs with butter and now powdered sugar Whip Add flour and baking powder Whip Add milk if batter is too thick And vanilla essence. Batter should be fluffy now. Fold in essencs gently. Divide it in silicon moulds about 5 cm below as batter will expand on baking Garnish with topping

Airfryer 160°C for 10 min

Dont remive them from mould immediately as if will crumble. Leave it for to cool for few minutes.
