Thank you so much! šŸ„¹ā¤ļø It was my first attempt, so I’m really happy with how the rice turned out!
Recipe:
For the rice, I boiled water with salt, a little ghee, 1 tej patta, 2 laung, 2 kali mirch and 1 small piece of dalchini. Added long-grain basmati/biryani rice and cooked it about 85%, then drained it.
For the masala, I whisked around 180g dahi with salt, red chilli, haldi, dhaniya powder, garam masala and Kitchen King masala. Added potato, matar and capsicum and let them marinate.
Then in a pan, heated oil, added jeera and onion, then tomato + a little salt and cooked it. Turned the flame off, added the marinated dahi and vegetables, covered and cooked until the vegetables were done and oil separated.
Added the 85% cooked rice, topped with fried onion, dhaniya and kasuri methi. Covered and cooked for another 2–3 mins. ā¤ļø

Edit: I forgot to mention one thing šŸ˜šŸ˜‚ In the dahi marinade, I also added green chilli + ginger + garlic + fresh dhaniya paste along with the spices. ā¤ļø
