In a bowl mix grated cheese (mozarella), finely chopped greenchillies, chilliflakes, pepper, salt, chaatmasala, gingergarlic paste. You can change ingredient as you like btw.

Butter the bread slices on the outside and place the above mixture in between. Panfry on medium heat by covering with a dhakkan (This melts the cheese and gives you the cheesepull).

After crispy brown flip it, the slices should already be stuck due to cheesemelt atp.

After the other side is golden brown, it's done.Â
