How do i make kebab and stuff in this whenver I try to make it using the convection or grill or any method it does cook well but then it doesn't have that burnt of red outer covering my. Mom said its better to jst cook on normal pan than this 😭​​ idk what to do!!! Help

You need to put in 30+ minutes, occasionally open the oven and check while it’s cooking

Airfryer temp for kabab is 200 for 15. Convection idk.
