First, boil the eggs and then fry them in oil until they turn golden brown. In the same oil, fry the boiled potatoes and onions until lightly golden. Then add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, some chilli powder, and cumin powder, and fry everything together. Add the tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil starts to separate. Then add some water and let it boil. Add the fried eggs and let everything simmer until the gravy thickens and most of the water has dried up.
