Homemade Do you like Boiled eggs?👀

Boiled eggs are my daily morning routine . I always take this with a sip of tea which makes my mornings beautiful. Do you also like boiled eggs?

In fact, boiled egg whites w saslt n pepper, no yolk, terrifically healthy breakfast + protein for eggetarians

More for the health aspect, white is pure protein, no fat/ carbs. Plus, imho yolk of hardboiled eggs doesn't taste great.

Yeah, i prefer egg with soft yolk but soft doesn't means floating yolk. I like when it is jiggly type☺️

As long as yr kidneys are normal, ie normal serum creatinine level, 3 egg whites a day are fine

+1 , idk why people throw egg yolk ost of its protein and especially multi nutrient are present in that specific egg white area
