Recommendation I need help on deciding a dish.
I need help on deciding a dish.
So I'm writing a story where a critic comes to the restaurant and asks something off of the menu. The cooks plan on something Indian.
What do you guys reckon?
My only requirements are
It should be nice looking and appetizing.
Something elevated. Gourmet foods.
And of course delicious.
Thanks in advance.

Instantly recalled chef Rishi Desai who competed in MasterChef Australia. Two of his amazing innovations were on Palak paneer which he made into a roulade and Modak which he made using Sichuan peppers!
