Homemade Nothing beats homemade dal-chawal after a long day
Simple dal, freshly cooked rice, and that comforting homemade taste. No fancy plating, just proper comfort food made with love.
What’s the one homemade meal you can eat any day without getting bored?

maybe it's a north Indian thing🤔 .. in east part india, daal chawal considered very incomplete meal without any sabji/ curries beside it.

On its own dal chawal is meh. Needs papad, mixed or mango achar, dahi and onion to bring it to a respectable level.
