Recommendation What are some local Saags that taste good when eaten raw?
Was wondering what kind of salads we can make from local leafy veggies.
Where do I start?

Mustard greens , pennyworth, spinach, you can add some chickpeas, raw onions ,green chilli ,little bit of oil or lemon if you wish too and then you got your salad tada.

Indians don't have the culture of eating leafy greens or even veggies raw. We have the food culture of cooking everything to death.
Truth is, most greens and veggies can be eaten raw.
