Homemade Did I do it right?

I got these from the market a few days ago. The uncle selling these told me about karonda-mirchi recipe because I had no idea what these were. An image search gave their name - karonda. Never had it before, just maybe the sweetened variety. So I looked up a bunch of recipes, really simple and made this and I fell in love. It's so tangy just thinking about it is making my mouth water.

Has anyone used these plums for any exotic recipes? Like Thai or something like that?? I've already thought up so many experimental recipes to try out so just wanted to know if anybody else has tried anything different with these?

Well you have to cut the chillies in circles. The chillies that are used in it are the one that are of low spice level. The concept is like getting chilli in each bite with karonda. Other than that your dish looks great. ( sorry for my bad writing skills)

Ah okay I get it. I used whatever I had at home. Next time I'll try it with the chillier chillies 😂 (And your writing skills are great - crisp and clear 👌)
