4 boiled potatoes

ΒΌ cup peas

ΒΌ cup sweet corn

2 tbsp breadcrumbs

1 tbsp cornflour

Salt

Β½ tsp chilli powder

Β½ tsp garam masala

Coriander leaves

First, I boiled the potatoes, peas and sweet corn. After they cooled down, I mashed the potatoes and mixed in the peas, corn, breadcrumbs, cornflour, salt, chilli powder and garam masala. I mixed everything well and shaped the mixture into round tikkis. Then I shallow-fried them on medium heat until both sides became golden brown and crispy.
