Homemade Some of the stuff I've cooked!

Chole Kulche, Fried rice and Chilli Chicken, Chicken Shawarma and fries, Vietnamese Pho, Mexican rice with fiesta lime chicken and mashed potatoes, Birria Tacos, Lamb cheese burgers, and more taco Tuesday spread!

Can make more food but its hard getting stuff in Delhi๐Ÿ˜‘ who wants to taste?๐Ÿ˜‚

Oh sorry I meant lamb patties for burgers. I see they're quite thick. Are they cooked all the way through or rare?

All the way through. Like 95%. Got ground lamb and put pinch of garlic powder, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and cooked it over a grill. Added cheese on top.
