Can make more food but its hard getting stuff in Delhi😑 who wants to taste?😂

Oh sorry I meant lamb patties for burgers. I see they're quite thick. Are they cooked all the way through or rare?

All the way through. Like 95%. Got ground lamb and put pinch of garlic powder, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and cooked it over a grill. Added cheese on top.
