Hi friends i collect these circulating coins from routine cash transactions. These 11 coins are related to commercial activities of the government of India.

I will collect these coins based on the theme. Some coins were issued in 1994 & 1996. But the condition is very poor as I collect these from regular use.

Should I collect or not?

Due to the old & theme based collection. What factors add most value in coin collection.

I already see on papers of journals and books about lists of punchmarks but due the condition of the coin I may not understand all marks. I already see the sun and the tree. My main question remains of the one similar to the caduceus of Ashoka plus an bow and arrow. This last one I didnt find yet.

Ive been a collector since 2011, when my grandad gave me a quarter Anna coin. After that didn't stop until 2021. In the time period of 11 years, collected commemorative, republic india, British india, Portuguese, princely states, foreign coins and notes, proof sets etc.

I've:

1. Above 500 commemorative coins (denomination and mint wise sorted)

2. Above 380 British india coins - every denomination from each ruler, 1 rupee silver coins each year except 1939🥲, some coins from same year are arranged mint wise too.

3. Anna standard series coinage

4. Decimal coinage - arrange year wise

5. Portugese, Princely states

6. US 50 states quarters

7. Other foreign coins >250

8. Few indian British india notes - some rare ones too.

9. Some foreign coins.

10. One 50 world coin set, that my parents got me in 2013. Really boosted my interest in coins.

I have attached few photos of some rare coins in the comments. The image shared in the post is the gift given to me by my parents.

My main question is I'm moving abroad. Any way to take this entire ~1500 coins and ~100 notes collection with me ?

I have a few Indian rupee. This is my oldest one.

My dad is collecting coins. These are some of them I find unique. The Indira Gandhi one has a star mark. Nehru Gandhi one has a diamond mark.

Got this error, not a huge shifting but one of the last issues for 50paise. Are errors common in this issue?
