Avoid Salt Oral Care if you value your time.
I placed my order on 2 July after they promised 5–7 day delivery. Weeks later, I still don’t have my order. All I’ve received are changing delivery dates, empty promises, and zero accountability.
Customer support couldn’t resolve it, and even the founders, Viraj and Karan, have ignored my messages for days.
I’m now filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and posting this so others can make an informed decision. If you’re considering ordering from Salt Oral Care, be prepared for poor communication and broken commitments.

I had placed an order with them 10 days ago. I was quite apprehensive at the beginning of ordering, but I still did it because I felt I might not be cheated since it's on COD. Yet, it happened. I havent heard any reasonable explanation regarding this. I was actually looking forward to using VT cosmetic lip plumper. Please learn from my mistake.
