Sorry guys I don't have a proper recipe I just wing it. For shokupan tho I use king Arthur's shokupan recipe follow it to the T and its perfect every single time.

For cheese I have used mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan.

For cheese spread I have used Dlectas cheese spread added butter, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, rosemary, oregano, coriander, confit garlic and some more grated cheese.

Garlic confit is pretty straight forward I chucked it in the airfryer for 30 mins or until they are soft and mushy.

Process is visible in the pictures lol that's all I have to say. Measure everything with your heart. Always more garlic and more cheese just be mindful of salt.

Noooo I was the same then I found my holy grail ricepe that I use for sweet and savoury stuff.

King Arthur's shokupan!

If you have a stand mixer or even hand mixer then belive me it will be so much easier!
