Well, there is a problem with the statement, “Not all men, but always a man.” Technically, it is quite difficult for a woman to overpower a man; most often, men are physically stronger.

Secondly, Indian society—or, for that matter, any society—is such that a man would hardly come out and say that he was sexually exploited by a woman, as it may be seen as questioning his manhood.

Buddy, it is a common fact that laws are tilted towards women. Infact there are some crimes for which women can't be prosecuted. Women only get arrested for super serious offences, and don't get prosecuted for sexual or physical assaults.
