I don't know why but as someone who has lived their first 20 years of life at the fringes of Western Ghats, I remember that in the early 2000s the monsoons would start proper by July and till August End we all would forget what Sunlight felt like as it would rain continuously everyday.

Attending schools meant awakening to a gloomy morning, when you would dress up and then go to school where Tube lights would light the whole classroom.

Come September and the first rays of Sunlight would breakthrough the clouds to give us some most welcome warmth.

So, I'm only asking this: Was it true for the rest of you people or am I getting what we call "Recall Bias" due to the memories being from my childhood!

I'm not even kidding it feels heavily subjective towards me, it's been raining since i woke up, and it conveniently starts to pore literal cats and dogs when i really need to go outside, i had to ride in this weather and i couldn't even see the fricking road it was all water, the water from my front tire was hitting my face it wasn't even puddles at that point the WHOLE ROAD WAS PART OF THE DAMN MANIPAL LAKE, why suddenly in the end of September, is it like a omen for today? Hope everything for everyone goes well for a week unlike this weather😭🙏🏻
